INTERNATIONAL USERS

Users engaging with Sahaayak from outside the geographical confines of India acknowledge that their data will primarily be processed within India or any other jurisdiction where Sahaayak, or its appointed third parties, operate. Profiles created by users who post content are accessible to other users, who may view the number of services availed, reviews written, questions asked and answered, and photographs posted.

The Sahaayak app requires certain permissions to function effectively, which cannot be customized. These permissions facilitate various features and enhance the user experience:

  • Device & App History: To optimize the service booking experience.
  • Identity: To autofill email IDs and support social media logins.
  • Location: To provide location-specific deals and recommendations.
  • SMS and Contacts: To autofill OTPs for transactions and enable social features.
  • Media Access: To save data locally for offline access and enhance app responsiveness.
  • Wi-Fi Connection and Device ID: To optimize the app functionality and user identification.
  • Calendar and Camera: To schedule services and allow media uploads for reviews.
  • Audio/Video: To enable uploading of multimedia reviews.
  • Phone Number and IMEI/IMSI: To optimize user identification and prevent fraud.
  • Subscription Info and SIM Serial Number: For network optimization and UPI registration.
  • Bluetooth: To interact with third-party services.


These permissions are necessary for the comprehensive functionality of the mobile applications offered by Sahaayak, ensuring a seamless user experience.

The Personal Assistant conducts safety evaluations and implements necessary modifications, such as installing grab bars and ensuring well-lit spaces, to significantly reduce the risk of falls and accidents, thereby promoting a sense of security and well-being.

Tech Empowerment Assistance

This service focuses on creating a secure, hazard-free living environment for seniors. The Personal Assistant conducts safety evaluations and implements necessary modifications, such as installing grab bars and ensuring well-lit spaces, to significantly reduce the risk of falls and accidents, thereby promoting a sense of security and well-being.
